Dan, I don’t think we disagree… Creativity and Innovation are different, and as you say, “innovation requires creativity, but creativity need not be innovative.”

Yes, I agree that creativity gets beaten out of many people. However, no matter how much it has been squelched, we use some degree of creative problem solving every day to navigate in our complex and ever-changing world… Hope that provides some clarifications.
